I’ve never eaten eggplant or kale, so I don’t know about them, but I actually do like artichoke hearts served in Italian pasta dishes, and I grew up eating oyster stew on Christmas Eve. It’s ok too, though not my favorite thing. I’m betting I would like them better fried, everything tastes better fried! 😉

I think you are right..for some reason things taste better fried. It probably enhances the taste with the oil.

Hahahaha! I actually love artichokes although I don’t eat them very often. I like smoked oysters but raw oysters – NOPE!

I …Might…be able to eat oysters IF they are cooked. I’ll try anything once….within reason that is. (no bugs or weird things for me! )
