Six Sentence Story…..Base
P.J. Plays Baseball
“Do we really have to let your little brother play baseball with us? Ralph asked.
“Yes, but I will help him understand the game and I will hit the ball for him,” Stanley remarked.
“Now P.J., when I hit the ball you run to the first base, second base, third base, and then run home,” Stanley said.
“Are you sure I can run that fast? P.J. questioned.
“Of course you can!”
Stanley hit the ball, P.J. ran to first base, 2nd base, 3rd base and continued running all the way out of the park to his home!

I love this baseball story. Run home, indeed! Did you read the Amelia Bedelia story with the same ending? So funny.

Thank you! 🙂 No, I haven’t heard about the Amelia Bedelia story, but will have to look it up. I’m not really a baseball fan, but I do enjoy looking at some of the World Series. There is always more action in those games.

Haha this is funny Jessie. I’m reminded of Forest Gump playing football and running all the way past the end zone and keeping going. Nice write 🙂
