“Look up there Taylor!” Missy said.
“Wow! That’s a huge statue.”
“I wonder what happened to his arm,” Missy inquired.
“Good question! Something really strong must have caused it to break off like that! Maybe it was an earthquake.”
“That’s possible, but I don’t see an arm around here anywhere. I think the statue was somewhere else, but moved here for some reason.” Missy said.
“Now, my curiosity is up. I’ll check with Google and see what I can find out.”

Geez! Clever take, Jessie. I knew about the armless ruin but the thought of where his arms might have been didn’t cross my mind. Haha. I wonder what Google said? 😀

Thank you! I had a hard time imaging the statue being placed there with only one arm, however I suppose he could have been born that way, but I believe there is a story behind it.

It states that the sculptures are very old..most more than 2,000 years and it only takes a minor incident to damage the sculptures. It does not give info. On where the damaged sculptures are located.
