Rainbow Delight Club

Strawberry, Plum, Blueberry and Banana received notification of the coming rain. They received the notice while attending their seasonal meeting which was held in the club’s tree trunk.

They adjourned the meeting,  rushed over to the gold pot, polished it until it sparkled, and patiently waited for the rain to come.

There was the sound of thunder, the clouds covered the beautiful blue sky and it began to rain causing the trees, bushes and grass to glisten.

They entered the gold pot and got in place.

Then, the rain stopped and the Rainbow Delight Club gave an outstanding performance. Their beauty was an absolute delight for everyone to see.

  1. I agree with other commenters…I want to join this club, too! You did a great job of developing this scene, Jessie.
This story comes just in time to kick off our rainy season – loved it.

  2. Thank you so much! We have had rain all summer and this was the first year I have seen so many rainbows. I even saw a double one, but the 2nd part of it was not nearly as bright as the 1st part.
