“H A P P Y H A L L O W E E N”
THE DINNER
It is Halloween,
I want to be keen.
I hired a ghost,
To be my host.
The table is set,
So I won’t fret.
The food will be served,
To those who deserve.
For those who are thinner,
Eat a bigger dinner.
And take your time,
Because it’s on my dime.

IF I WERE A WITCH
If I were a witch,
I’d hide in a ditch.
Scare those who come by,
And then I would fly.
My broom would go zoom,
So I could resume.
My wishes of delight,
Giving everyone a fright.
Their heads would turn,
Their eyes would burn.
Their body would discern,
Which way to turn.
They would run a fast pace,
To get away from my face.
My voice would follow,
Their voice would be hollow.
