After The Storm
After the severe storm had passed over the island everyone was greatly surprised when they viewed the damage it had done.
There was debris in every direction and the main building was partly caved in.
They were trying to account for everyone and discovered Allison was missing. They immediately began to go through the rubble pulling pieces to one side in hope of finding her.
There were no sounds coming from all the piles of wood and concrete. After several hours of searching they discovered Allison’s dog, Jackson, pinned under a large piece of wood.
They freed Jackson and continued to search for Allison. Moments later they saw Jackson pacing over an area of rubble and ran over to him.
They pulled away some rubble and could see Allison at the bottom of it.
Thanks to Jackson, they had reached Allison in time to save her life.

A story that could have had such a sad ending if not for the ever faithful Jackson. He undoubtedly saved Allison’s life after that violent storm. Well told, Jessie.

Is that a photograph of your dog, Jessie? So cute! Timely story…right in the middle of hurricane season and also all the strange storms we’ve been having here in California this month.
